Obnoxious Extreme Ratchet Behavior Exposed……Every single time I think I have seen it all my Obnoxious Street Committee find something worst then the last. This is beyond articulation. WTF! This man has a tattoo of a penis on his face. Now what could possibly be wrong within him to want this and actually pay money to have this done to his face. However, I want to meet the sick individual that was willing to draw this on his face. Why some of these tattoo artist do not say no? It seems when someone request some of this stuff they could say no I am not going to do that it is just over the top. Well, enough of my thoughts what say ye?
